Terms & Conditions

  1. DEFINITION
    1. "The Company", Raven Global Limited, who is the vendor of the goods or services to The Customer.
    2. "The Customer", the company or person contracting for goods and services to be supplied by the Company.
    3. "Consumer" is a Customer, being an individual who, for the purposes of the purchase, is acting wholly or mainly outside of their trade, business, craft or profession.
    4. "Goods and Services" or "Items" means all things to be supplied by the Company to the Customer.
    5. "Parts" or "Vehicle Parts" means Goods to be supplied by the Company to the Customer
  2. INTRODUCTION
    1. Our Website is only intended for use by Customers resident in the United Kingdom. Consequently, the Terms are applicable to the sale and/or delivery of ordered Goods and Services within the UK. We do not accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom without contacting us and without written agreement or our confirmation. By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that: a.) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, b.) you are at least 18 years of age; and c.) you are registered Business or resident in the United Kingdom.
    2. The Customer agrees will be deemed by these terms & conditions by accessing this website, placing the order and making payment for goods or services he buys in this shop.
  3. TERMS FOR GOODS (Vehicle Parts)
    1. Parts purchased will comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and be of "Satisfactory Quality" unless specified at the time of sale.
    2. All parts are guaranteed for 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Only parts shown on your invoice/receipt are covered by the guarantee/warranty from the date of purchase. If any part supplied by The Company proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.
    3. Any part(s) correctly supplied by The Company and returned to us without a evidence of malfunction within 14 days is subject to a 20% handling fee at the managers discretion.
    4. Engines: Customers must state if ancillaries are required. If request has been made, stating complete engine wanted, this means engine head, block, and oil sump. It does not mean with ancillaries as these may be sold separately, any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. water pump, fuel injectors, turbo charger, starter motor, alternator, cam belt/chain (we always recommend the fitting of a new cam belt/chain kit) are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee. All engines coming without fluids therefore appropriate quantity of technical fluids and specification must be filled in before engine start.
    5. This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way I.e. seal broken, taken apart etc. Please note all parts supplied, are marked with our company initials and tags, removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
    6. No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our permission. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
    7. Our Guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour charges or compensations from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any fitting charges. If it is used part - it is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting.
    8. All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact us as soon as possible. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them but delete any wording in the signature box to the effect that the goods were 'Received in good condition'.
    9. Distance Sales/Mail Order: Under selling regulations a private Consumer has a 14 day "cooling off" period in which he/she may return the goods to us for a refund. However delivery is a separate contract, usually 3rd party service, and once completed is non-refundable. Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense. In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer had ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately, and the part returned to us within 14 days of purchase at the cost of the customer. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to the Company and relevant inspection done at the premises of the Company.
    10. All engines obtained must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil in accordance to factory specifications/viscosity during process of installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.
    11. Gearboxes must be filled with new appropriate oil upon installation in accordance to factory specifications. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.
    12. The company prefers all exterior body panels (doors, bonnets, tailgates, wings) will be collected in person by the reason of possible risk of damage during transportation. If customer requests delivery, the Company does not take any obligations for possible complains if any damage occurred during transportation.
    13. All electric and electronic components is a subject to reject any returns and refunds by the Company except situations when item was delivered in faulty condition. In many cases electric components requires special knowledge and equipment for coding and proper installation therefore Item cannot be specified as "faulty" if customer does not guarantee proper installation and does not provide written proof of authorised specialist about supplied item has been faulty.
    14. Returned items will only be accepted in a clean and oil free condition.
  4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
    1. All the prices provided are with VAT included. VAT invoices can be provided upon request. Accepted payment methods of the Company in this shop - PayPal
    2. In order to make a payment that is different from allowed on this website (Customer insist to make a payment by bank transfer, payment over the phone or other) please contact Company prior to purchase. Cash payments are accepted if Customer coming to collect the item by himself.
    3. Title to the goods shall remain with Raven Global Ltd until paid in full with cleared funds. The Company does not take any responsibility for item availability for Customer until agreed payment done. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ADDRESS
    1. Ordered and Paid items are packaged delivered Next Working Day within UK. This varies on orders of items and exceptions can be applied for specific destination areas and bulky and heavy items. Usually all bigger/heavier goods are delivered within 2-3working days.
    2. If you paid by PayPal your goods will be delivered to your address where PayPal account is registered to. If your payment method is NOT a PayPal or you want to amend delivery destination you need to contact us immediately and provide full delivery details including best contact phone number in aim to deliver your item smoothly and without delays.
    3. Only items purchased before 11:59am will be despatched the same working day or next working day if order placed during weekend or national days-off. Delivery time can be affected by the 3rd party shipping company where our responsibility to provide ordered item in time is limited.
    4. Pallet deliveries - Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the pallet(s). Failing to do so will result in delivery being made another working day or self-collection on Customer's expenses from local depot (of 3rd party logistic company) where extra delivery charges may be applied if Customer insists delivery re-arrangement.
    5. Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before being signed for. Refunds are not always possible for goods that have been damaged whilst in transit. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note/docket are not acceptable. Company will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as "in good condition".
    6. Upon customer's wish, ordered items can be collected in person at Company premises at Unit 5 Tasker Street, West Bromwich, B70 0AU during working hours 7am - 4pm (Monday-Friday). It is preferred that you give a call before collection, so the order can be prepared before your arrival in the specific time frame. Failing to collect within agreed time can be the reason of service delay or not possible to serve Customer at all from the side of the Company.
    7. If Customer wish to arrange delivery by his own by dedicated 3rd parties, packaging fee may be applied if 3rd party courier requires packaging on the time moment of item collection.
  6. OTHER INFO
    1. Nothing herein contained is intended to affect, nor will it affect, a consumer's statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    2. All information related to this agreement is confidential. Both Parties will use this information for the purpose of this agreement only and follow to data protection regulations.
    3. TELEPHONE CALLS MAY BE MONITORED AND RECORDED FOR QUALITY AND TRAINING PURPOSES.
